Male charged in double homicide of children

A male has now been charged in connection with the double homicide in Oak Bay on Christmas Day in the deaths of 4 year old Aubrey BERRY and 6 year old Chloe BERRY.

Upon his release from hospital, 43 year old, Andrew Robert Douglas BERRY was arrested and charged with two counts of 2nd degree murder.

VIIMCU (Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit) continue to investigate the double homicide.

As the matter is now before the courts no further information will be released.

Victim Services continues to support those impacted.
